In order to ensure a safe and comfortable neighborhood, there are rules and regulations all residents agree to abide by.  A full description of all is in the WHITEHALL DIRECTORY.  Here are the issues most frequently brought to the Board of Directors.
 
 1. Burning Law
Burning is strictly prohibited by FAIRVIEW TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE.
 
 2.  Signs
Any type of billboards or advertising signs are prohibited in the neighborhood.  If you have any questions as to, please contact the Board of Directors.
 
 3.   Fences and Structures
No fences and/or structures of any kind shall be erected on any lot in Whitehall Village without approval of the Board of Directors.  Please let us know your plans before you begin construction.
 
 4.  Holt Park
Holt Park and the use of the pavilion may be reserved for a family function by requesting a permit from the Board of Directors.
